Open the creation form. Choose event access first; then build the agenda. Read lesson

Import one event or several. Download the template, preview your rows, then choose access for the imported events. Read lesson

Open an event / On this devicehome

Use the event login name and password, or choose an event this browser remembers. Read lesson

Create eventcreate

Creates the event with the login name and password you chose, then opens the agenda editor. Read lesson

Event detailseditor

Change the visible event name and date. Changing the name does not change its login name. Read lesson

Add speaker / Add paneleditor

Add a single timed speaker or a panel with its own overall duration and individual panelists. Read lesson

Reorder / Remove / Add panelisteditor

Drag a handle to reorder. In the builder, use Space and arrows from a focused handle. Remove deletes a draft row; Add panelist inserts a person in a panel. Read lesson

Save changeseditor

Save the edited details and agenda. Check the save status for confirmation. Read lesson

Start event / Return to controleditor

Save the editor changes and open control. Use Start timer there to begin the countdown. Read lesson

Start timer / Pause timer / Start speaker / Pause speakerEvent & display

Start or pause the current speaker. For a panel, starting the speaker also starts a stopped panel clock; pausing the speaker leaves the panel total running. Read lesson

−1m / −15s / +15s / +1mEvent & display

Change remaining time by the amount shown. On a panel, use the adjustment row under the speaker or panel clock you want to change. Read lesson

Start panel / Pause panelEvent & display

Control the overall panel clock. Pausing the panel also pauses a running speaker. Available only during a panel. Read lesson

Reset current topicEvent & display

After confirmation, restore the allotted speaker time and pause it. On a panel, also restore the overall panel time. Read lesson

Previous / Next part / Next panelistEvent & display

Move to another speaker, paused at their allotted time. A running total continues when moving within the same panel. Save or undo upcoming edits first. Read lesson

Skip the rest of the panelEvent & display

Move directly to the next agenda item. Available when a panel has another item after it. Read lesson

Projected finish / Host transitionEvent & display

See the estimated finish. Expand to add a planning allowance between agenda items, not between panelists. This is not a separate countdown. Read lesson

Focus modeEvent & display

Hide the run of show to concentrate on timing. Press again to show it. This does not pause the event. Read lesson

EditEvent & display

Open the full event editor. In the control room, upcoming edits use Save Changes or Undo Changes before you move to another part. Read lesson

Go to / On nowEvent & display

Go to loads that panelist paused. On now identifies the active person and is not an action. Resolve any upcoming draft before jumping. Read lesson

Default panelist duration / Apply to allEvent & display

For an upcoming panel, choose the default duration and Apply to all to update its panelists in the draft. Select Save Changes to apply it. Read lesson

Save Changes / Undo ChangesEvent & display

Apply or discard the upcoming-agenda draft. These buttons appear when the draft has changed. Show the run of show if Focus mode has hidden it. Read lesson

Speaker view / Copy speaker linkEvent & display

Open a read-only display or copy its anonymous link. Recipients can see the countdown but cannot operate the event. Read lesson

Zoom code / Copy / Create Zoom codeEvent & display

Copy the pairing code for Timer inside Zoom. Create it first if absent. Copying the code does not publish anything to a meeting. Read lesson

Event access / Create invitation linkEvent & display

Create a reusable 24-hour controller invitation. It grants event control. A new link replaces the previous one. Read lesson

Copy login details / RevokeEvent & display

Copy login details prepares a message containing controller credentials. Revoke stops new uses of the active invitation; existing controller sessions remain. Read lesson

Change the password / Sign out / DeleteEvent & display

A password change ends other sessions. Sign out ends this device’s session for this event. Delete removes the event for everyone after confirmation. Read lesson

End event / Start eventEvent & display

End event marks it completed after confirmation. Start event on a completed event returns to the first part, ready to start its timer. Read lesson

Save status / Retry / Conflict choicesEvent & display

Offline and pending changes are not cloud confirmation. Retry a failed save. On conflict, Use the other version discards your local edit; Keep my changes saves it over the current server version. Read lesson

Zoom code / Connect / Disconnectzoom

Connect pairs the app with the code’s event. Disconnect leaves that event. Pairing alone does not publish an indicator. Read lesson

Sync to Zoom / Stop sharing timerzoom

Opt in to publishing the running countdown, or remove it from the meeting. Cancel sharing cancels the wait for a timer to start. Read lesson

Re-check Zoom / Read Zoom statezoom

Inspect the app’s Zoom context and indicator status if publishing is unavailable. The app must run inside a supported meeting context. Read lesson

Fullscreen / Exit fullscreenEvent & display

On the speaker display, expand to fill the screen or return to the browser window. Read lesson

Enable & test sound / Sound onEvent & display

On each speaker display, enable and test audio with a click. Sound on turns audio off on that display. Read lesson

Choose alarm sound / PreviewEvent & display

On the speaker display, choose an alarm preset or preview its sound. This preference is local to that display. Read lesson
